Conversion: quote

Agents request a quote with specifications and timing; you answer from your own pricing.

Some offerings have no fixed price: volume, scope or specifications decide it. A quote request carries the items or services, the specifications, the timing and the contact with consent. Where your pricing rules can answer at once, AGORA returns an instant quote; otherwise the request goes to you and the answer returns to the agent later.

Set it up

  1. Enable quote for the merchant.
  2. Decide what can be priced automatically (price lists, volume tiers) and what needs a person.
  3. Connect the destination for manual quotes: your CRM or an e-mail inbox.

What an agent does

Ask for an instant quote for a known selection, or submit a quote request with specifications. Quotes carry a validity period; a quote can lead to a checkout, a booking or an enquiry.
