Packs

Industry behaviour is configuration in versioned packs; the general business pack fits any business.

A pack declares everything that differs between industries: a taxonomy, attributes, offering kinds, conversion types, the surfaces that are required, recommended or conditional on the graph, intake fields, missions, visibility query panels, prohibited claims per regulator, and the display strings for industry nouns. Services read the pack; no service has a branch per industry.

  • The general business pack is published, always offered at sign-up and the first pack every CI job runs.
  • A business can combine packs; the union of their conversion types applies unless the merchant narrows it.
  • Regulated packs carry a counsel sign-off record for their exact version before they can be published.
  • Pack versions are pinned per tenant and upgraded explicitly, with migrations for renamed attributes.

To build a new one, see Add your industry. The registry of this build follows; names are each pack's own display strings.
