Conversion: subscription

Agents start a subscription or trial intent on the plan and interval the customer chose.

A subscription is a recurring commitment: a monthly plan, a membership, a service on a schedule. The agent creates a subscription intent for the plan and interval the customer chose; your own billing system activates it, and AGORA records the activation when it is reported back.

Set it up

  1. Enable subscription for the merchant.
  2. Model plans as offerings with their intervals, trial terms and cancellation policy.
  3. Point the hand-off at your billing or account page.

What an agent does

Compare plans, start the intent, and hand the customer to your flow to confirm. Agents quote the cancellation terms before the customer commits.
